UK DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed before 12 pm on the day they are placed Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched after the weekend.

Please note that due to Covid and Mail volumes items are taking longer than usual in many areas. We are shipping orders up until 22nd December (last personalised orders on the 21st)

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES

If your delivery address is outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Bears4U will supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and a valuation of the parcel’s contents.

LATE, NON-DELIVERY AND LOST ITEMS – ROYAL MAIL 24 AND 48 DELIVERIES

If your goods have not been delivered after your given estimated delivery time has elapsed, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods.  At present delivery is still a little slow in some areas due to the Covid situation. We are however seeing an improvement with many areas delivering to the expected time.
