About Bears4U Personalised Teddy Bears
Bears4u was established in 2005 and since then has been supplying cute and cuddly personalised teddy bears and soft animals all over the world.
Our Ethos
We are a small family run company and we pride ourselves on excellent service and customer care. We try to go the extra mile to make sure our customers are delighted with their teddy bear gifts. We know that each little bear means a lot to the person that sent it and the person receiving it. It is not ‘just another bear’ in our eyes!
We like to think that the many lovely reviews we get on a regular basis reflect the care and attention that we give to each order. From choosing our bears to embroidering them and packing them we treat each little bit as if we were gifting the teddy to one of our own family. Each order is very special to us and we want our customers to feel the same when their teddy arrives.
Our teddy bears and cuddly soft toy animals are all carefully selected from high quality manufacturers such as Keel Toys, Aurora World, Me to You Gifts, The Bear Factory to name a few. Our emphasis is on quality and recycled materials.
Our personalised jumpers and hoodies are all embroidered on site using one of our wonderful embroidery machines that ensures amazing quality embroidery.
Bear HQ
The Bears HQ is ran from a small warehouse that we call the Bear House, based in sunny Cumbria. It is nestled amongst the hills just outside Kendal. We are surrounded by sheep and cows! As a family run company it is all hands on deck with everyone playing their part in making sure your customised teddy is the best it can be when it leaves us.
We understand that ordering on the internet when you haven’t seen something can be a little bit of a worry. But we hope that after reading this you will feel reassured that we will go the extra mile to make your gift look special.
