FAQ’s

A. All Bears will be packed in a plain cardboard box lined with tissue paper and sealed with tape. An address and returns label will be attached along with the neccessary recorded/special delivery label. Prior to packing, Bears are gift wrapped in cellophane, with matching ribbon and your Free gift card attached. Bears ordered with a Bear Bag are placed within the Bear Bag and then packaged for delivery. Multiple Orders for the same delivery address may be split depending on the size and number of bears.

A. We aim to dispatch personalised bears (with an embroidered jumper) within a maximum of 24 hours. At busy times eg Christmas, Valentine’s this can be a bit longer.

Next Day orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be sent out until Monday as the bears take a well earned break to replenish their honey supplies over the weekend.

A. We send everything on a tracked service. Either 48 or 24 hours. On our delivery options we add an extra day ie 1-2 days or 2 -3 days but most arrive within the shorter time.  If you delivery is late and you need help tracking it then just call us.

A. Yes. You will be sent a tracking number once your bear has been dispatched.

A. At the moment we are only delivering within the UK.

A. No.

A. All bears are shown with their sizes in inches(in) and centimetres(cm). Some Bears are measured from the bottom of their left foot(paw) to the tip of their right paw(arm), others are measured whilst sitting. All Measurements quoted are supplied by the bear manufacturer and are approximate. We categorise our bears, purely for your guidance – Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, Jumbo etc. Please Note that Bear manufacturers have differening ways of measuring their Bears.

A. The size and style of text is determined by several factors.
1 – Number of characters required.
2 – The Item of Bears clothing selected &
3 – whether an embroidered design is also required with the Text
As guidance, the more text you require the smaller the text will be.

A. Because of the individual characteristics of each personalised teddy bear, the number of characters available has been set to that particular item of clothing and size of teddy bear. If you require ‘more’ characters, please contact us with your requirements, so we can ‘test’ the layout and appearance of your request and advise accordingly.

A. You add the free gift card message on the product page. You can have a free gift card and message for each product that you order.

A. You can update, amend or change your Order BEFORE you click the final payment submit button. Once your order has been received by us(approx 30 seconds after you have paid) and you realise that you have made a mistake then, please contact us IMMEDIATELY by email or phone(during office hours). We will endeavour to amend this. If your order has been processed, then there is a minimum charge of £5.99 to cover the costs of a ‘spoiled item’
