All Prices listed on this website are listed clearly in GBPound Sterling and Include Standard Delivery to All UK Destination. Prices are NOT subject to UK VAT.
Shortage or Damaged Goods
You must Notify us within 7 days of receieving your goods of any Damage or Shortage that may have occured.
Product Specifications and Safety
Due to differing monitor/screen settings exact fabric shades may vary from the displayed images. All product dimensions are approximate and are for general guidance only. All goods are New and are packaged according to BS Safety Guidelines. Please dispose of all packaging materials safely and carefully. Please recycle where possible. All materials used conform to EN71 Toy Safety Standards. Bears marked with the Baby Safebaby safe logo Logo are suitable for all ages, All other Bears purchased from Bears4U are not suitable for children under the age of 36 months due to choking hazard. We are not responsible for Any mispellings of Names, requested Personalisation etc. submitted by you. We will however confirm ‘obvious mistakes’ with the buyer prior to Production. The website cannot stop you from including unacceptable text in your order. Bears4U reserves the right to refuse any order placed by you and to edit/omit artwork/text or to contact you for alternative artwork/text as it deems appropriate if any artwork/text appears to Bears4U to be offensive or unacceptable or detrimental to Bears4U’s reputation or that of its business partners.
Toys Safety Regulations 2011
Due to the Toys Safety Regulations 2011 which has come into effect recently, all toys must now be marked with an additional piece of information and be readily available. Manufacturers do comply with these regulations and this information is carried on the product. But we have included them here for you

Cancellations
By Clicking the “PAY” Button You are stating that you Agree with Our Terms and Conditions and agree to Pay the Total Amount of Your Order. Due to the Customised/Personalised Nature of our Products , We are unable to cancel an order once production has commenced. Your order is processed on a daily basis and we despatch within 48 hours. If you need to cancel your order, please call us immediately (Tel 07483 828271 Mon – Thu 9am – 5pm) (Fri 9am – 1pm) or email us support@bears4u.co.uk and we will endeavour to do our best for you.
Communication
You agree that e-mail will be used as the standard means of communication. If your order is accepted, we will be sent an email confirmation with details of your Order. This confirmation e-mail will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your Order. Bears4U does NOT store any credit card information. Your Credit Card information is passed securely using our Secure Server to Paypal who process your Payment on our behalf. We may at anytime contact you via email to clarify and/or verify particular aspects of your order. We will not send you un-solicited emails(SPAM). We will however notify you of promotions newsletters and other relevant information regarding Bears4U only with your prior consent. Bears4U uses Paypal for online credit and debit clearing. You undertake that all details which you provide to us for the purpose of ordering goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order. Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bears4U attempts to ensure that the information available on the website at any one time is true and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free. Bears4U does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses, trojans, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties. Bears4U does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services. Bears4U will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
Law
Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
