Delivery and Returns
UK Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed before 11 am on the day they are placed Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched after the weekend.

1 – 2 days (orders must be placed before 11am to be dispatched that day)

Overseas Shipping – we are not shipping overseas at present.
Late, Non-Delivery and Lost Items – Royal Mail 24 and 48 Deliveries
If your goods have not been delivered after your given estimated delivery time has elapsed, please contact us on sales@bears4u.co.uk and we will do our best to help. Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods. Please remember we rely on a third party to deliver the teddies and we do not know something is late/missing until you tell us.
Items not Collected
If Royal Mail attempt a delivery and no one is home and/or there is no safe place to leave it then a card will be left to advise the parcel will be held at the local depot for collection. If the parcel is not collected after 14 days it will be returned to us so please keep an eye on the tracking for any gift you send to ensure that it is not being held. If it does get returned here there will unfortunately be a charge for re-delivery
Returns
Refunds and Returns (Non -Personalised Product(s)
We will provide a full refund of the product(s) purchased or supply an exchange should your product(s) deemed to be faulty or you are unsatisfied with the product(s). You must notify us, either by email or telephone, within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us quoting your Original Order Number. You can call or email the Bears4U Customer Services Team to discuss the matter. We will endeavour to resolve the situation swiftly and professionally. If the product(s) are deemed to be faulty we will replace your product at no extra charge or offer a full product refund.
For faulty product(s) (Non -Personalised Product(s)) we will refund the Full amount for the product(s), including returning postage costs and the original delivery costs. You will be responsible for the returning the faulty product(s) to us. Please use a postal service that offers tracking ie Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service. Please return to the address below in the original packaging, gift wrapping and with all tags attached. On receipt of the returned product(s) we will inspect and issue a refund for the product(s) deemed to be faulty within 7 working days. You must contact us before you return your faulty product(s) within 7 days of receipt of your Order.
For non-faulty product(s) or product(s) that you just wish to return (Non -Personalised Product(s)) we will refund the Full amount for the product(s), less the original delivery costs and credit card costs. You will be responsible for the returning the non-faulty product(s) to us. Please use a postal service that offers tracking ie Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service. Please return to the address below in the original packaging, gift wrapping and with all tags attached. On receipt of the returned product(s) we will inspect and issue a refund for the product(s) within 7 working days. You must contact us before you return your product(s) within 7 days of receipt of your Order.

Exceptions to the above Bears4U will interprete your personalisation input requirements and embroider the teddy bears clothing as neccessary. Positioning of your text and/or design will be embroidered at Bears4U discretion unless you have specified otherwise. No refunds or returns will be authorised or allowed for personalisation that is not to the customers liking or presumptions.
