If your goods have not been delivered after your given estimated delivery time has elapsed, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods. At present delivery is still a little slow in some areas due to the Covid situation. We are however seeing an improvement with many areas delivering to the expected time.

The bear was lovely, very good quality, nice size and the decorative ribbon was spot on. It was a first birthday present for my niece so when it came in a gift bag and the bear itself wrapped in cellophane and ribbons it was a lovely surprise and very well thought out gift. I shall be back again at Christmas for more!!
