Scruffy Bear is a cute and cuddly teddy with long soft plush, plastic eyes and a brown stitched nose. He has a big smiley face and a fat squishy tummy. He has brown felt paw pads.

Grandparents love receiving them with recordings of their Grandchildren’s voices, partners love to hear the voice of their loved one telling them how much they care and children love to hear a special birthday message. Your message can be up to 20 seconds long. You can record it on your phone and email it to us as a soundbite. Alternatively if you prefer to record the message when the bear arrives then we will include full instructions. The process is very easy and if you get it wrong you can record the message as many times as you want.

We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed before 12 pm on the day they are placed Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched after the weekend.

If your goods have not been delivered after your given estimated delivery time has elapsed, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods. At present delivery is still a little slow in some areas due to the Covid situation. We are however seeing an improvement with many areas delivering to the expected time.

Beautiful bear- so cuddly. Personalised ribbon – wonderful. Although instructions for recording voice was not included it is very easy to do just make sure that it’s really close to your mouth to get a clear recording. My sister who has special needs loved it . Thanks xx
