If your goods have not been delivered after your given estimated delivery time has elapsed, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods. At present delivery is still a little slow in some areas due to the Covid situation. We are however seeing an improvement with many areas delivering to the expected time.

Beautiful bear! We bought this for my dads 100th birthday and he loved it. It came wrapped and in a gift bag which was a nice touch. He loved the teddy and was very pleased with it. I got Bonnie for my grandad who had cancer unfortunately even tho delivery was really quick my grandad died before I could give him the teddy but it is a beautiful bear the quality of both bear and jumper is perfect he would have loved it.
