We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed before 11 am on the day they are placed Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched after the weekend.

If your goods have not been delivered after your given estimated delivery time has elapsed, please contact us on sales@bears4u.co.uk and we will do our best to help. Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods. Please remember we rely on a third party to deliver the teddies and we do not know something is late/missing until you tell us.
Items not Collected
If Royal Mail attempt a delivery and no one is home and/or there is no safe place to leave it then a card will be left to advise the parcel will be held at the local depot for collection. If the parcel is not collected after 14 days it will be returned to us so please keep an eye on the tracking for any gift you send to ensure that it is not being held. If it does get returned here there will unfortunately be a charge for re-delivery.

My eldest had this bear, brought from the hospital when I came home after giving birth to my youngest. A present from the youngest for the eldest. It has come full circle as I brought this bear, personalised with a brave bear jumper, for my youngest before he goes in for an operation. So they both have a Suki bear.
The quality of these bears is superb. Really soft and lovely. The packaging was outstanding, as was the very quick delivery and customer service. I have been truly bowled away by this company and couldn’t recommend this bear, or indeed this company, highly enough. Get this teddy in your basket now! You don’t regret it !
