We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed before 12 pm on the day they are placed Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched after the weekend.

If your goods have not been delivered after your given estimated delivery time has elapsed, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods. At present delivery is still a little slow in some areas due to the Covid situation.
