Pretty pink pony message bear with multi coloured mane and feet. You can record a 20 second message to go inside the pocket on the rear of the teddy. Full instructions are provided or you can email the message to us if you would like the item delivering directly to the recipient. If the gift is being sent to the recipient it will be wrapped in cellophane with a bow. Otherwise if you are going to record the message it will be in a gift bag with tissue paper.

We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed before 12 pm on the day they are placed Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched after the weekend.
Please note that due to Covid and Mail volumes items are taking longer than usual in many areas. We are shipping orders up until 22nd December (last personalised orders on the 21st)

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES
If your delivery address is outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Bears4U will supply a Customs Label containing a brief description, and a valuation of the parcel’s contents.
LATE, NON-DELIVERY AND LOST ITEMS – ROYAL MAIL 24 AND 48 DELIVERIES
If your goods have not been delivered after your given estimated delivery time has elapsed, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods. At present delivery is still a little slow in some areas due to the Covid situation. We are however seeing an improvement with many areas delivering to the expected time.
