If your goods have not been delivered after your given estimated delivery time has elapsed, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods. At present delivery is still a little slow in some areas due to the Covid situation. We are however seeing an improvement with many areas delivering to the expected time.

I ordered. A bear in March and was so pleased with it , when I ordered one in June lots of things that had just been included with the order were now payable ! Writing both back and front of vest and ribbons etc now needing extra payment . I have only given a 3 star because of this x

Hi Sue, I am sorry you were disappointed with your order this time. The ribbons were indeed free in March as it was a special ‘Lockdown’ promotion we did to give something to help people. At £1.99 now we don’t feel they are too expensive. The embroidery on the back has always been a chargeable item as it does take quite a bit of time to embroider each side. Despite this we hope you liked the teddy bear.
