We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed before 12 pm on the day they are placed Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched after the weekend.

If your goods have not been delivered after your given estimated delivery time has elapsed, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods. At present delivery is still a little slow in some areas due to the Covid situation. We are however seeing an improvement with many areas delivering to the expected time.

So impressed with absolutely everything! From how quickly our bear was dispatched, to the beautiful quality of the bear and jumper, the lovely embroidery and the amazing presentation it arrived with.
My only suggestion would be to show actual examples of the jumpers/hoodies/stitching colour when selecting them. As I had no idea what to expect in terms of quality of shade of colour etc when I made my selection. As it happens I need not have worried because the bear was beautiful, it would have just made the ordering process that tiny bit more helpful. Still, extremely happy with my order!

Overall good quality but I think the personalisation font is too big and makes the teddy look a bit cheap !

Hi Pauline, So sorry that you feel the font is too big and detracts from the teddy. Would you like us to do a replacement with a smaller font? No problem at all to do so.

This was a beautiful bear and my 4 year old Granddaughter loved it .
When I rang the company for a bit of advice it was dealt with quickly and efficiently in an extremely friendly way and the call was returned straight away . Thankyou for making my Granddaughters day .
