WASHING
Of course washing a comforter will be essential for hygiene. We suggest hand washing and drying naturally, with a couple of minutes in the dryer to fluff it up, to prolong the life and colour of your comforter.
Additional personalised items such as a ribbon or tag must be removed before giving to a baby.

We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed before 12 pm on the day they are placed Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched after the weekend.

If your goods have not been delivered after your given estimated delivery time has elapsed, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods. At present delivery is still a little slow in some areas due to the Covid situation. We are however seeing an improvement with many areas delivering to the expected time.
