Henry is in a fixed sitting position with non jointed arms and legs. He comes with an embroidered message on a jumper or hoodie in the colours of your choice. If a personalised ribbon is chosen this will be tied around the bears neck. Ribbons should be removed before giving to young children.

We aim to dispatch all orders that are placed before 12 pm on the day they are placed Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched after the weekend.
Please note that due to Covid and Mail volumes items are taking longer than usual in many areas. We are shipping orders up until 22nd December (last personalised orders on the 21st)

If your goods have not been delivered after your given estimated delivery time has elapsed, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Please allow sufficient time during seasonal and busy periods. At present delivery is still a little slow in some areas due to the Covid situation. We are however seeing an improvement with many areas delivering to the expected time.
