Very personal service and an adorable product It was a present for a 3 year old little girl who loves my real Labrador She adores her new little companion and I was quite emotional when I saw her smiling face as she hugged him tightly
Thank You for everything

Absolutely beautiful gift. Ordered with ease, and arrived quickly with the loveliest personalised ribbon. A lot of thought and care had also gone into packaging the teddy too.
Thank you!

The bear is lovely, goos size, decent material.
I just wish the ribbon had been stitched on so that you could always read the writing or you could possibly personalise it another way. The bear itself is excellent you just struggle to read the ribbon because it twists and turns

I bought this as a present for me so it could wear my black Lab’s puppy collar, which I wanted to keep, now she’s too big for it. It’s adorable and lovely and soft to touch. It arrived quickly and was presented beautifully in the packaging. I’m thinking of buying more as gifts for friends.

PS – it came with the smaller eyes which look much better than the large eyes on the website.
