Online - You can Pay Online using your Debit or Credit Card via our Secure Server. If you have a Paypal Account, this can also be used
Phone - If you prefer to speak to us. You can place your Order by calling 01282 700091 Mon - Thu 9am - 5pm or Fri 9am - 1pm and we can process your order, payment and also advise you with any queries that you may have.
Post - You can also post us your Cheque/PO, Debit or Credit Card information. Order as normal online by adding to cart etc.. Once you finished your ordering, checkout and select the postal option.
This will provide you with a 'printable order form' with all the necessary information for you to post your Teddy Bear Order.

Ordering Tips
Please check your spellings and grammar before submitting your order. Please Check that Names and Dates are correct. Use Capital Letters where neccessary
When choosing thread colours, select colours that will stand out or co-ordinate with the item of Teddy Bear clothing you have chosen
If your message can be said in fewer words, then do so. More characters does mean slightly smaller text
Make sure that your Delivery details are correct and a valid Post Code is supplied.
If you are ordering a Teddy Bear for a 'surprise gift'. Please check that the recipient will be available to sign for it or that adequate arrangements for accepting delivery is made.

Q. When will I receive my bear?
A. This depends on your location and which postal service you have chosen. As a guide, we will despatch 1st class orders the next working and 2nd class orders within 2 working days. Special Delivery and City-Link orders are despatched the same or next working day (this depends on the time of day that your order was placed and the date selected). European and worldwide times differ from one country to another. More details can be found here
Q. How will my Bear be packed?
A. As well as gift wrapping your bear, (if a Bear Bag is purchased with your Bear, your Bear will be placed within this Bag, with No gift wrapping), we will post your bear in a sturdy box wrapped in polythene. This ensures that your bear arrives safe, secure and dry.
Q. I don't want a bear, Can I purchase a personalised T-Shirt or Jumper?
A. Unfortunately, we are unable to supply individual items of clothing without a bear.
Q. How Big are the Bears?
A. All bears are shown with their sizes in inches(in) and centimetres(cm). Bears are measured from the bottom of their foot(paw) to the top of their head ie. standing position. Measurements quoted are supplied by the bear manufacturer. We categorise our bears for your guidance - Small, Medium, Large, and Jumbo.
Q. What is the size of text used to personalise my bear?
A. The size of text is determined by several factors.
1 - Number of characters required.
2 - The Item of Bears clothing selected &
3 - if an embroidered design is also required with the Text
As guidance, the more text you require the smaller the text will be.
Q. I can't fit the message I want on my Bear, Can I have more text?
A. Because of the individual characteristics of each personalised teddy bear, the number of characters available has been set to that particular item of clothing. If you do require 'more' characters, you must contact us with your requirements, so we can 'test' the layout and appearance of your request.
Q. Where do I add my Gift Card Message?
A. Once you have added your Bear to your shopping basket, there will be a link at the side of each bear that you have added, click the 'flashing bear image' or 'add gift card message' button. This will direct you to a new page where you can add your gift message details. You can have free gift card and message for each teddy bear that you order.
