Delivery Details

Here at Bears4u we prepare YOUR Bear to YOUR exact requirements and we can offer you various postal options to cater for your every need. We have the excellent value Free delivery option which is ideal for non-urgent Orders or *For more Urgent Orders we can offer a Quick and an Express Service.
We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries. All services provide the minimum of, proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation of delivery.
Your Bears4U Order requires a signature, so please ensure that the Delivery can be accepted or nominate a safeplace. If no one is in to accept delivery, a 'Something for You' card will be posted with further instructions on where to collect (ie the local sorting/delivery office). If your Order is returned to us, you may be liable for re-delivery costs. Delivery on Saturday does occur, however this is NOT guaranteed (except Special Saturday Delivery). There are NO Sunday deliveries
An Email confirmation will be sent to your submitted email address, relating to your order and will include your delivery details. We have also introduced our own Order Tracking which allows you to check progress of your Order/Delivery (please note that this service is updated on daily basis, usually between 6pm-8pm). This is the standard service that we offer. Your Order is processed usually within 3 working days and posted via Royal Mail 48 Parcel Signed for Delivery Service. It may take upto 7 working days (this is an estimated time and is NOT Guaranteed) from the date of despatch, to receive your Order. Ideal for non-urgent orders. Please note: This service does not have a Guaranteed delivery date and we will not refund postage costs for late delivery.
Royal Mail 24 Delivery Service UK - Quick + £3.49
With this service, Your Order is usually despatched Next Working Day if placed before 3.00pm and despatched via Royal Mail 24 Parcel Signed for Delivery Service. Normally, you should receive your Order within 3 working days (this is an estimated time and is NOT Guaranteed) from the date of despatch. Please note: This service does not have a Guaranteed delivery date and we will not refund postage costs for late delivery.
Special Delivery Service UK - Express + £6.95
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (Monday-Friday). Your Order is given priority and despatched Same Working Day if placed before 10.00am and despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Ideal for Last minute shoppers!!

If an attempt to deliver your gift is not made by Royal Mail before 1.00pm on all Special Delivery items, you may be entitled to a refund of your delivery charge. Exceptions to this rule include, but are not limited to, Saturday delivery dates (if Saturday Guarantee is not chosen), terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions, industrial action, incorrectly supplied address details, strikes, blockades, natural disasters, industrial accidents and road accidents. With this service, Your Order is given priority and despatched Same Working Day if placed before 10.00am and despatched via a Couriers Next Working Day Delivery Service. Fast and Rapid Service, an ideal alternative to Royal Mail Special Delivery (Available to UK Mainland Deliveries ONLY). The courier company we will select is dependant on the several factors. All will offer Next Day delivery and Tracking.
