Here at Bears4u we prepare YOUR Bear to YOUR exact requirements and we can guarantee that your Bear will be despatched to You within 48 hours* of your Order being received.
*For more Urgent Orders we can also offer a Quick and an Express Service.
We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries. All services provide a proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation of delivery.
Your Personalised Bear does require a signature, so please ensure that the Delivery can be accepted. If not, then please check your Letter Box for further instructions on where to collect (ie the local sorting office). If your Bear or Bears are returned to us, you may be liable for re-delivery costs. Delivery on Saturday does occur, however this is NOT guaranteed (except Special Saturday Delivery). There are NO Sunday deliveries
An Email confirmation will be sent to your submitted email address, relating to your order and will include your delivery details. We have also introduced our own Order Tracking which allows you to check progress of your Order/Delivery (please note that this service is updated on daily basis, usually between 6pm-8pm). This is the standard service that we offer. Your Order is processed usually within 2 working days and despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery Service. It may take upto 7 working days to receive your Order. Ideal for non-urgent orders.

1st Class Delivery Service UK - Quick + £2.95
With this service, Your Order is usually despatched Next Working Day if placed before 3.00pm and despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service. Normally, you should receive your Order within 3 working days.

Special Delivery Service UK - Express + £5.95
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (Monday-Friday). Your Order is given priority and despatched Same Working Day if placed before 10.00am and despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Ideal for Last minute shoppers!!
